Exploring Kyotanabe Campus

Today, Romelle (the previous Fellow) and I went to Doshisha Univeristy at Kyotanabe, which is a bit of a train ride and walk away from Kyoto proper, where I live. I met a few people and saw the classroom I will be using for my lessons. From Romelle I learned a lot of useful things about teaching and the Fellowship in general. I didn't get to take any pictures, although there weren't many awesome things on the trip. The campus itself is very beautiful, and I'll probably be able to take some pictures the next time I go.

I've attached some pictures from a big bike ride I did yesterday. See, I really like to get super lost in Japan because it's a great way to see new things and familiarize myself with cities. It's what I did all the time in Okazaki 2 years ago, although many of the times back then were unintentional, and I was quite drunk, which made things not very ideal. Yesterday, I was lost for about 3 hours, but I managed to find my way back, seeing some little things along the way.

A cool building roof, an imperative to poison a significant other, some sort of traditional building, an auto garage, and a view of the river. Enjoy
